Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient consultations to assess reproductive and general health.
- Perform routine and specialized procedures including D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Pelvic Floor Repair.
- Provide expert care during Normal Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety.
- Carry out minimally invasive surgeries such as Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disorders.
- Manage fibroid and ovarian cyst surgeries with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Deliver infertility management services, including coordination with IVF programs and fertility treatments.
- Conduct preventive screenings such as Pap Smear and Colposcopy to detect early signs of cervical and other gynecological cancers.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to provide integrated care for pregnant and postpartum patients.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education programs.
Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS in OBGY).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of gynecological procedures including D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, and Laparoscopy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
- Hands-on experience in hysteroscopy, fibroid and cyst surgery, and infertility management (including IVF coordination).
- Robust clinical skills in performing Pap Smear and Colposcopy with accurate interpretation.
