Key Responsibilities
- Help maintain and monitor servers on a daily basis
- Learn to manage users, files, and permissions on Linux/Unix systems
- Support the team in checking system logs and reporting issues
- Assist senior team members in basic troubleshooting
- Learn to use Sterling Integrator/B2B tools with training and guidance
- Maintain simple documentation of tasks performed
- Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 70% aggregate marks in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
