Position Summary

is looking for Game Designers who can take games all the way from concept
development to delivery. If you have a great passion for games, enjoy building

Requirements
What’s required of you
- Design, balance and analyse new and existing
features
- Collaborate with designers, product managers,
artists and engineers to create a fun gaming experience
- Communicate designs to key stakeholders
- Create and maintain game documentation
- Organize and conduct playtests to get feedback

What we are looking for
- Should have 8+ years of experience in gaming,
wherein 2 successful titles have been built and scaled
- Should be able to take games from concept to
live ops, and lead the vision for the games.
- Responsible for all design-related
responsibilities and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise.
- Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiatives
across teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof of
concept.
- Responsible for hiring and mentoring of game
designers.
- Adept at using AI tools, aware of the industry
trends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency and
quality.
