Assess patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Conduct comprehensive motor, balance, gait, posture, strength, and functional assessments.
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Implement neurorehabilitation techniques for conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy.
Train patients in gait re-education, balance training, transfers, mobility, and functional activities.
Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and endurance programs.
Recommend and train patients in the use of mobility aids, orthoses, and assistive devices.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, transfers, and fall prevention strategies.
Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes,



and modify treatment plans as required.
Collaborate with neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and qualified standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, patient reviews, and discharge planning.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and proper maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing professional development.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority in support of rehabilitation services.
