Interpret psychological test results and prepare detailed reports.

Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and documentation.

Adhere to ethical guidelines, qualified standards, and legal requirements.

Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other professionals.

Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.

Stay updated with current research, therapies, and best practices in psychology.





Participate in case discussions, supervision, or peer reviews if required.

Provide recommendations for workplace, academic, or lifestyle adjustments.

Support organizational mental health initiatives (if in corporate/consulting setup).

Requirements
Qualification

M.Sc. Psychology

Valid license/registration with relevant authority​

Proven experience in assessment and therapy

Strong knowledge of psychological testing tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills​

Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Analytical and report-writing skills

Ability to work independently and in teams
