Job Description:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs and strategies for both manufacturing equipment and field-installed products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and supervisors.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate and manage corrective maintenance actions, responding to and resolving equipment outages quickly and safely.
- Manage and monitor the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance history and performance.
- Financial Management: Control maintenance budgets, track expenses,



and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company safety policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with production and engineering teams to implement lean improvement initiatives and support current equipment installations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
