Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE : To strengthen site engineering team, To support engineering project team within the group

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Basic knowledge of chemical processes
- Preparation of Process Flow diagrams with Material and Energy Balance
- Preparation of Process Data sheets
- Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram in consultation with piping & Instrumentation engineers
- Checking of Basic & Detail Engineering documents received from consultants/external
- Getting and evaluation of vendor quotations
- Preparation of drawings in AUTOCAD, 3D-modeling, etc.
- Conduct Risk Analysis & HAZOP Studies and ensure implementation of required recommendations in Basic Engineering Package
- Writing technical part of SOPs
- Plant automation development of DCS & PLC system in collaboration with Automation department colleagues
- Preparation of plant operating manual
- Support commissioning team for smooth start-up of projects/equipment
- Take active part in resolving troubleshooting of process operations




- Take active part in Training & Development programs
- Design of various process equipment
- Conduct/design small projects independently and present to steering team
- Lead improvement projects
- Carry out process Audit of Plant
- Optimize process efficiency

REQJIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering having exposure to projects / process & production

JOB CONTEXT: Process/Project Engineer having exposure to Process, Project & Production in Chemical plan (batch / MPP / pilot)

MUST :
- Good oral & technical skills required
- Computer literate
- HAZOP experience
- Exposure in chemical projects
- Erection & Commissioning experience
- Process Improvement Projects exposure
- Energy Management
- Positive knowledge of English language (oral & written)
