Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough gynecological examinations, patient consultations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Perform a full range of surgical procedures including D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, and Laparoscopy.
- Manage and perform minimally invasive surgeries such as Hysteroscopy, Fibroid & Cyst Surgery, and advanced endoscopic techniques.
- Provide expert care during Normal Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative management.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions including infertility, menstrual disorders, endometriosis, and pelvic inflammatory disease.
- Lead and support infertility management programs, including IVF coordination and reproductive endocrinology referrals.
- Conduct routine and specialized screening procedures such as Pap Smear and Colposcopy for early detection of cervical and pre-cancerous lesions.
- Maintain accurate,



up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
- Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to training programs within the department.

Requirements
- MBBS degree with MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology (or equivalent postgraduate qualification).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting.
