Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about our courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Convert inquiries and leads into admissions by providing accurate course information and career guidance.
- Generate new student leads through calling, follow-ups, referrals, and other outreach activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the admission process is completed.




- Assist students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their interests, skills, and career objectives.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing honest and personalized guidance.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online leads professionally.
- Stay updated with the academy's courses, industry trends, and career opportunities.
- Perform additional administrative and counselling tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an educational institution, coaching center, or training academy is preferred.
