We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive with experience in handling IndiaMART leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads generated through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM or ERP system.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably with hands-on experience managing IndiaMART leads.
- Proven ability to convert IndiaMART inquiries into sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with IndiaMART Seller Panel and lead management.
- Excellent follow-up and closing skills.
- Strong persuasive and objection-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,880.55 - ₹20,000.00 per month
