Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications

- Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet company standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during assembly process

- Test and calibrate assembled components to ensure proper functionality

- Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly processes and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry

- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Experience with hand and power tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

Additional Parameters:

- Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems is a plus

- Experience with CAD software is a plus

- Willingness to travel for training and project assignments

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
