Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PySpark, SQL, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse architectures, and AI-ready data engineering to support analytics, business intelligence, and Generative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
- Build Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
- Develop high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
- Optimize data models, partitioning strategies, and warehouse performance.
- Create reusable metadata-driven frameworks and automation components.
- Build feature-ready datasets for AI and Generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize AI pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, observability, governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
- Develop interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture reviews.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional Data Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric,



Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Pipelines, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Models.
- Advanced PySpark programming.
- Strong SQL development and Stored Procedure optimization.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and Modern Lakehouse Architecture.
- Experience preparing AI/GenAI datasets, embeddings, and vectorization pipelines.
- Azure cloud experience preferred.
- Power BI and Tableau reporting expertise.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Experience with AI/ML data engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native data platform best practices.
