Job Overview:

- Position: Interior Design Intern
- Location: New Town, Kolkata (Hybrid)
- Schedule: Hybrid / Flexible (Designed around your college timetable)
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Eligibility: Ongoing Graduation / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

This is a learning-heavy role where you won't just be doing paperwork. You will step onto active sites and into real design briefs to gain true end-to-end industry exposure:

- Design Shadowing: Assist senior designers in brainstorming concepts, selecting material palettes, and creating mood boards for residential and commercial spaces.
- Drafting Practice: Translate design ideas into working drawing plans, elevations, and 2D layouts using AutoCAD.
- On-Site Exposure: Visit local project sites alongside our team to learn how to take precise measurements, document site progress, and understand material applications in real-time.
- Client Briefing Sessions: Attend select client meetings to observe how design requirements are gathered, interpreted, and managed from a professional standpoint.

Requirements & Qualifications:





We are looking for enthusiastic, local college students who are eager to learn and can manage their academic schedules.

- Education: Must be currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related creative field.
- Location: Must be living in Kolkata and able to travel to our New Town office/sites when required.
- Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge or foundational training in AutoCAD is required.
- Hardware: Must own and bring your own laptop to the office for design work.
- Soft Skills: A strong curiosity to learn, punctuality, and a keen eye for design details.

Stipend & Compensation:

- Type: This internship is focused strictly on academic credit, mentorship, and practical field exposure.
- Travel Allowance: Out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred for official site visits or company errands will be fully reimbursed/covered.
