We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving daily/weekly call targets. The goal is to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets.
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.

Requirements:

- 10th / 12th / Graduate (Any discipline)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and confidence in communication.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
