We are currently recruiting candidates for the post of “Service Engineer”

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV System Management

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & Analog) , NVRs
- Ensure proper camera positioning, recording, and storage
- Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance

2. Command Control Room Operations

- Monitor live feeds from surveillance systems
- Identify, report, and escalate security incidents in real-time
- Maintain logs of events, alerts, and system performance
- Coordinate with Client, security personnel or end user

3. Troubleshooting & Support

- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues
- Perform system upgrades, firmware updates, and backups
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of faults

4. Network & Integration

- Configure IP networks, switches, routers related to CCTV
- Ensure cybersecurity and secure remote access

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain system documentation, layouts, and configurations
- Generate daily/weekly incident and performance reports
- Keep inventory of equipment and spare parts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

- ITI in Electronics, Diploma in electronics or IT, or related field

Experience:

- 2–5 years in CCTV,



surveillance, or control room operations

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of CCTV equipment brands
- Understanding of networking (IP addressing, LAN)
- Familiarity with control room setups and monitoring tools

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in networking (CCNA or equivalent)
- Experience in large-scale command control centers (Safe City / Industrial / Infrastructure)

Working Conditions:

- Monday to Saturday – 09:30AM to 06:00PM plus 24/7 remote support
- On-site field visits for troubleshooting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Incident response time
- Resolution turnaround time
- Preventive maintenance compliance
