Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train recent housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.




- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inspections, and inventory.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning methods, and floor care techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
