Key Responsibilities:
Menu Planning & Cooking: Prepare diverse Indian/South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner items (e.g., appam, dosa, chutneys, rice, roti).
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the cooking area, stove, refrigerator, and kitchen tools clean and sanitary.
Ingredients Management: Source fresh, quality ingredients, handle daily shopping,



and manage pantry inventory.
Dietary Customization: Adjust recipes for dietary needs (e.g., less oil/spices) and follow specific family preferences.
Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to food safety and sanitization standards.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in South Indian/Indian Cuisine: Knowledge of authentic, traditional recipes.
Time Management: Organizing, prepping, and cooking multiple items within required timeframes.
Hygiene Consciousness: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
