Job Description
To support the contract management activities for ongoing projects and bids by ensuring timely documentation, accurate interpretation of contractual terms, compliance with guidelines, and proactive issue identification. The role also supports claims documentation, contract closure, and helps maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients on contract-reated.Contract Review Support: Assist in reviewing contract documents, identifying obligations and key conditions. Raise queries for clarification where needed. ? Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain organised and updated records of contracts, correspondence, approvals, change orders, and relevant communications. ? Tender Support: Help in compiling and preparing tender documentation, including reviewing commercial terms, deviations, and compliance with client requirements. ? Claims and Variations Assistance: Provide data and documentation support for preparing claims and variations, coordinating with planning and billing teams. ? Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with internal teams such as planning, execution, legal, and procurement to ensure contract terms are implemented correctly. ? Client Interface (Operational Level): Communicate with client-side contract representatives to follow up on submissions, clarifications, and routine matters.
