We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience, team coordination, and smooth outlet functioning.

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹.28,000 – ₹.32,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling overall restaurant operations
- Supervise restaurant service staff and shift operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and staff grooming standards
- Support billing, cashiering, and POS operations
- Prepare staff duty rosters and shift scheduling
- Train and guide service staff on SOP and service standards
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and operational control
- Ensure discipline and teamwork among employees
- Support Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (Preferred)
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in Restaurant / Hotel Operations
- Experience in Fine Dine / Casual Dining preferred
- Experience in team handling and floor operations required
