Roles & Responsibility:

Position - Project Coordinator

Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.

Site Execution: Monitor installation activities, conduct regular site visits across India, oversee site progress, and ensure quality standards and client approvals.

Team Management: Lead and support site supervisors and installation teams, allocate resources, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, project trackers, MIS reports, MOMs, and ensure timely submission of reports.

Client & Vendor Communication: Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve project-related issues and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Planning & Compliance: Support project planning, monitor project schedules, manage costs, ensure statutory and contractual compliance, and assist in successful project handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
