- Manage Reservations: Answer phone calls, check the reservation book (like using table-booking apps such as OpenTable), and make sure tables are ready on time.
- VIP Care: Know who the special guests or returning customers are and give them extra attention.
- Handle Feedback: Listen to guest complaints (for example, if the food takes too long) and fix them quickly so the guest leaves happy.
