We are seeking a agile and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies, driving successful project delivery, and empowering teams within a product-based environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
- Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles and values.
- Track and remove impediments to team progress.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor and improve team velocity and other Agile metrics.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a servant leader,
coaching the team in Agile practices and self-organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based company.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices.
- Expertise in using JIRA and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working in fast-paced, innovative product teams.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project deliveries.
- Familiarity with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
