**Salary:** ₹21,000 – ₹45,000/month + Incentives (₹6,000 – ₹15,000)

**About the Role**

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our interior design projects (residential and/or commercial). Prior experience in the interior design industry is a must. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and generate recent business leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital channels - Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch design/interior solutions - Coordinate with the design and execution team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations - Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets - Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, real estate developers,



and channel partners - Maintain a CRM/lead tracker and report on pipeline status regularly - Represent the company at exhibitions, property expos, and networking events - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing in the interior design space **Requirements** - Proven experience in business development/sales within the interior design or related industry (real estate, furniture, modular kitchens, etc.) - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach - Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred for client visits - Good local market knowledge of Pune (Hinjewadi and surrounding areas a plus) **

Qualifications** - Graduate in any discipline (preference for Marketing/Business/Interior Design background) - Minimum 4–7 years of relevant sales/BD experience

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
