Senior Auditor - Cybersecurity and IT

Location: Bangalore / India

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of comprehensive audit programs according to our audit methodology to effectively address identified risks.
- You will lead significant parts of the preparation and execution of audits in the area of, e.g., IT projects, applications, products, services, networks, manufacturing and R&D; environments. During the audit engagements, you will highlight significant observations and translate technical findings into management information so that effective actions can be taken.
- You will identify issues and translate them into a management report. You will define effective actions that eliminate root causes and mitigate identified risks.
- You will play a key role in meetings with audit participants and management to discuss risks and to present the team's conclusions and recommendations.
- You will proactively propose and apply digitalization measures including Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to drive efficiency and increase the level of assurance.
- You will represent the audit department within the company fostering our position as a trusted partner.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You have a university degree in computer science, business administration or similar; certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus.




- You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience at Siemens Healthineers, Siemens Group, in a related industry and/or an internationally recognized audit firm.
- You have a proven track record of leading diverse teams and/or projects.
- You have extensive knowledge in areas like IT audit, IT governance, application/software and network security, information security management systems (ISMS).
- You are experienced in IT project and IT service management.
- In addition, you have implemented impactful digitalization use cases including Artificial Intelligence and are willing to actively contribute this expert knowledge.

Your attributes and skills:

- At Siemens Healthineers, our audits are conducted in English. Therefore, we expect business-fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You have the ability to translate technical cybersecurity observations into business risks, executive insights, and actionable recommendations
- It is easy for you to create convincing management presentations. Additionally, you apply advanced communication skills when conducting stakeholder interviews and meetings on C-level.
- You learn passionately: It is important to you to continuously expand your knowledge and to bring new impulses to the team.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You show full responsibility and hold yourself accountable for the result.
- You are willing to travel internationally (up to 30%) to fulfill your audit responsibilities worldwide.
