Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur and all over Rajasthan for Sales Professionals specializing in mutual funds and stock broking. The role involves identifying and acquiring current clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting mutual fund and equity trading products that align with client financial goals. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, explaining investment options, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through account opening and transaction processes.



Sales Professionals will collaborate with research and operations teams to provide timely market insights, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The role also includes achieving sales targets, participating in marketing initiatives, and representing the company in client events and outreach programs.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, equity markets, and basic financial planning concepts, with the ability to explain products clearly to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client service capabilities.
- Comfort with using trading platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software for reporting and client management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in mutual fund distribution, stock broking, banking, or financial advisory is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity, adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, and a client-centric, ethical sales approach.
