Department: Direct Sales
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate
CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through retail distribution channels and convert prospects into customers
• Drive BTL activities and customer referrals to build a strong prospect pipeline
• Connect with customers through digital platforms and social media channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead management systems
• Ensure smooth policy processing and provide excellent customer service
• Manage existing customers, renewals, and persistency targets
Required Skills:
• Robust customer orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working on digital platforms
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Active listening and relationship-building ability
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in Life Insurance Sales, Retail Banking Distribution, DSA Relationship Management, or Channel Sales will be preferred.
