Position Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced SAP WM Consultant to support warehouse management operations, enhancements, and project initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business users and IT teams to maintain and improve SAP WM processes across distribution and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP WM production and warehouse operations.
- Manage and optimize production staging / material supply processes for manufacturing areas.
- Support RF-based warehouse transactions for picking, putaway, replenishment, staging, and inventory movements.
- Configure and support core SAP WM processes across inbound, outbound, and internal movements.
- Handle transfer orders, picking, packing, replenishment, bin-to-bin transfers, and physical inventory.




- Support warehouse execution integrated with Logistics Execution (LE) shipping and delivery processes.
- Work closely with MM, SD, PP, and LE teams for end-to-end process alignment.
- Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support testing, user training, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with global teams and business stakeholders for production support.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP WM experience.
- Strong expertise in Production Staging / PSA replenishment / line-side material supply processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP RF transactions / mobile warehouse execution.
- Strong knowledge of SAP WM processes:
- Goods Receipt
- Putaway Strategies
- Picking Strategies
- Transfer Orders
- Replenishment
- Physical Inventory
- Posting Changes
- Storage Bin Management
- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, and LE.
- Experience in support, enhancements, and incident management.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
- Experience supporting US business hours is preferred.
- Knowledge of interfaces / IDOCs is an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP warehouse transformation projects is a plus.
- Experience in SAP EWM will be considered an added advantage.

Work Timings

- Candidate should be flexible to support overlap with US EST time zone as needed.
