Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Business Development Intern role based in Kochi. The intern will support market research activities, including gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, preparing presentations, and contributing to promotional campaigns. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, and providing basic customer service and follow-up. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



update reports and CRM tools, and participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, customer segments, and opportunities.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and a willingness to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and interest in contributing to campaign planning and brand-building initiatives.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to client inquiries and maintain relationships.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools or social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
