We are seeking Creative Designers and Video Editors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visually representing our brand across various channels, designing engaging digital/print assets, and creating user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products. This role requires a blend of design expertise, video editing skills, and UI/UX capabilities to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and design creative visuals based on requirements.

· Develop brochures, posters, illustrations, presentations, proposals, banners, mailers, and other marketing collateral.

· Maintain brand consistency and align all design assets with the company's visual identity guidelines.

· Enhance the overall look and feel of standard documents.

· Create short PPT/GIF animations and motion graphics.

· Edit short- and long-form promotional, marketing, and social media videos.

· Incorporate footage, audio, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.

· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to test design concepts.





· Collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

· Generate fresh creative ideas and provide constructive feedback in brainstorming sessions.

· Develop digital assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

· Assist in website design through wireframing and UX inputs.

· Uphold high quality standards in all deliverables.

· Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and proactive communication.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD) and Figma.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

· Strong visualization skills with the ability to transform content into impactful visual presentations.

· Ability to review, refine, and elevate existing designs.

· Out-of-the-box creativity, strong eye for detail, and openness to recent design technologies.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Effective team player with good communication (written and verbal) skills.
