We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and patient-centric Aesthetic Doctor to lead the clinical operations of our growing aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of aesthetic medicine, with the ability to provide comprehensive consultations, develop customized treatment plans, supervise advanced aesthetic procedures, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety.

This role is suitable for experienced medical professionals looking for either a Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity.



Candidates currently associated with hospitals, dermatology clinics, cosmetic centers, or private practices are welcome to apply for a flexible part-time engagement, while those seeking a long-term leadership opportunity are encouraged to join us on a full-time basis.

The selected doctor will play a pivotal role in establishing clinical protocols, mentoring the aesthetic team, introducing advanced treatment methodologies, and driving the growth of KNK Salon's Medical Aesthetics Division. As the clinic expands, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute strategically to service development, technology adoption, clinical governance, and overall business growth.

Position Summary

The Aesthetic Doctor will serve as the primary medical authority for all clinical aesthetic services at KNK Salon. The role involves conducting patient consultations, diagnosing skin conditions, designing individualized treatment plans, supervising advanced aesthetic procedures, ensuring medical compliance, managing treatment protocols, and supporting the growth of the clinic's aesthetic services.

The successful candidate will work closely with aesthetic therapists, cosmetologists, laser technicians, and the management team to deliver safe, ethical, evidence-based,



and results-driven treatments while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Educational Qualifications

Preferred

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Fellowship, Diploma, or Certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetic Dermatology, Anti-Aging Medicine, or equivalent specialization is highly preferred.

Acceptable Alternative

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Formal certification or advanced training in Facial Aesthetics, Injectable Procedures, and Non-SSurgical Cosmetic Treatments.
- Must practice strictly within the legally permitted scope of practice and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetic Dermatology, Dermatology Clinics, Cosmetic Clinics, or Medical Aesthetic Centers.
- Experience working with premium aesthetic clinics or luxury wellness centers will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience performing or supervising aesthetic procedures.
- Solid expertise in patient counselling and treatment planning.
- Thorough understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, aging processes, and aesthetic assessment.
- Experience with energy-based devices and advanced facial rejuvenation treatments is an added advantage.
- Experience in Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures is highly desirable.
