- Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn
- Screening candidates resumes as per job requirements and contacting relevant candidates
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies for candidates
Key Skills/Abilities
- Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri Business, B2B or B2C Ecommerce (Apparel) or BFSI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
