About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce to manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with seller panels, marketplace operations, catalog management, promotions, and sales analysis. The role requires a proactive individual who can drive business growth while coordinating with internal teams and marketplace account managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor Daily Run Rate (DRR), sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaign activities.
- Coordinate with marketplace Key Account Managers for business growth and issue resolution.
- Track inventory, stock availability, and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor pricing, competitor activities, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Analyze business KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ROAS, ROI, and order performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, finance,



and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely order processing and marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and catalog management.
- Good knowledge of DRR, sales growth, pricing, and profitability.
- Experience with promotions, campaign planning, and marketplace advertising is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Lookup functions, MIS reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced e-commerce environment.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce or Marketplace Operations.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or (MBA is an added advantage).
