Key Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to execution.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and design presentations.
- Prepare mood boards, conceptual layouts, 3D renderings, material boards, and working drawings.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, and budgets.
- Present design solutions confidently, highlighting value, quality, and uniqueness.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective design consultation and relationship-building.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Prepare and present project cost estimates and ensure alignment with client budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design,



with at least 2 years in a client-facing or sales-focused role.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating design and execution capabilities across residential and/or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).
- Understanding of sales pipelines, customer journeys, and project lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working in a design & build or turnkey interior firm.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and manage a design team when required.
