Karabi Art Community is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3–4 years of

experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural

detailing, site coordination, and design software, along with the ability to handle projects from

concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.

 Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D visualizations/models in 3ds Max or other

3D Software.

 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project

execution.

 Ensure proper understanding and execution of construction drawings, site measurements,

and material specifications.

 Monitor project progress and support in resolving site-related design and execution issues.

 Prepare design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, elevation drawings, and

presentation drawings.

 Review site conditions and provide practical architectural solutions as per project needs.

 Work on execution drawings, BOQ inputs, and coordination for on-site implementation.

 Maintain quality, timelines, and design accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

 Support in project planning, detailing, and client/management presentations whenever

required.





 Ensure all design outputs align with project budgets, timelines, and brand identity.

 Stay informed on global design trends, materials, technologies, and artistic innovations.

 Provide conceptual design, space planning, and styling direction for luxury hotels, museums,

and public spaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field.

 3–4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction execution.

 Proficiency in: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, MS Office

 Valuable understanding of materials, detailing, and practical site coordination.

 Ability to read and prepare architectural, civil, and interior drawings.

 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Candidate with experience in interiors, art/community spaces, experiential spaces, or

execution-based projects will be preferred.

 Salary: Up to 40K (depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
