Summary

This role supports growth across North America for Alphacam and Cabinet Vision by combining market insights, campaign strategy, and digital marketing execution. The Marketing Insights & Campaign Specialist analyzes customer and campaign data, identifies regional opportunities, and develops targeted, multi-channel marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, improve engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze regional markets, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, social media, SEO, and paid media.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and regional teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Monitor KPIs, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop compelling messaging and content that supports customer engagement.
- Present data-driven recommendations and campaign results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Atleast 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of email marketing, social media, web, paid media, and SEO fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.

Work Environment





- This position is primarily remote and requires the ability to work effectively from a home office within Canada or the U.S.
- Regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and video conferencing tools is required.
- The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional travel (up to 10–20%) may be required for team meetings, customer visits, industry events, or company conferences across Canada and the United States.
- The ability to communicate effectively in virtual and in-person environments is essential.
