Teacher Job – FEA (Freedom Employability Academy)

About FEA:
FEA is a charitable trust providing free education (English, digital skills, employability) to youth (18+) across North India.

Eligibility:

- Graduate (any stream)
- Basic English communication

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹14,500/month (1st year) → ₹16,500/month (after performance)
- Bonuses up to ₹22,000
- Training will be provided (In Lucknow).
- Petrol + accommodation allowance
- Paid leave + medical insurance

Responsibilities:

- Teach students (English + digital skills)
- Take 3 classes daily
- Handle basic admin work

Job Details:

- Full-time | 6 days/week
- 8 hours (split shift)
- Location: Assigned by FEA

Training:

- Compulsory residential training in Lucknow




- Stipend ₹250/day + free food, stay & travel

Note:

- Freshers welcome
- Strict discipline (no dishonesty/substance use)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
