- Responsible for ensuring overall positive guest experiences during all tasting sessions.
- Own and deliver the Tastings team’s targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and addressing inquiries.
- Lead curated Tasting Experiences to provide exceptional tours and one-on-one attention to all guests. Share the winery's story and in-depth philosophy on wines and the vineyard.
- Welcome and interact with guests at the Tour & Tastings registration counter.
- Explain charges and batch timings available to guests.
- Conduct the Tour and Tasting Session as per SOP.
- Educate visitors about the winery's history, winemaking process, and different wine varietals.
- Ensure the proper setup and presentation of wine-tasting areas.
- Responsible for generating sales after the closure of the tasting session and suggesting to guests which wines/merchandise to buy.




- Conduct a daily inventory of wines and glassware, keeping track on an Excel sheet.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain data for audits and reports.
- Ensure proper cash handling and errorless depositing with accounts.
- Handle any other responsibilities delegated by the superior from time to time.
- Prepare and reconcile day-end cashouts.
