Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in commercial building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of commercial building projects

· Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs

· Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per design and standards

· Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

· Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes

· Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

· Prepare reports on project status, site progress, and material usage

· Handle procurement planning and material management

· Ensure proper documentation and approvals at all project stages

Required Qualifications





Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE Civil)

5–8 years of experience in commercial construction projects

Required Skills

· Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Experience in site execution and project coordination

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

· Good communication and leadership skills

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling large-scale commercial projects

Knowledge of project management tools like Primavera/MS Project

Familiarity with safety and quality standards (ISO, etc.)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
