Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal knowledge, excellent research and drafting skills, and a willingness to learn. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal documentation, compliance, litigation support, and corporate legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters.
- Assist in compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external legal professionals whenever required.
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and case files.
- Support litigation and legal proceedings by organizing and managing relevant documents.
- Monitor regulatory and legal updates and assist in implementing compliance requirements.




- Attend court proceedings, client meetings, or legal hearings whenever required.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council and possess a valid Certificate of Enrollment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal consultancy will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,862.50 - ₹25,714.48 per month
