Job Description – Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Implement and optimize AI SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Create and execute effective Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports, performance analysis, and marketing insights.
- Handle client communication, conduct client calls/meetings, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution.
- Manage online branding, reputation management, and audience engagement.

Required Skills:

- Robust expertise in SEO, PPC, and SMM.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization.

Eligibility:

- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
