Safe Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to community development and women's empowerment. SHWET is our Chikankari brand, committed to promoting traditional craftsmanship while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women artisans.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage petty cash.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, documentation, and audit requirements.

Eligibility

- B.Com/M.Com (Commerce background preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in the NGO, retail, apparel, or handicraft sector will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
