- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics to plan layouts.
- Fabrication: Cutting, bending, and shaping steel components using shears, plasma cutters, and press brakes.
- Welding: Joining metal parts using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Assembly & Fitting: Tack welding, bolting, or riveting components together to form finished structures.
- Finishing: Grinding, buffing, and cleaning completed welds for a smooth surface.
- Quality Inspection: Using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and weld quality meet specifications.
- Safety Adherence: Operating heavy equipment (cranes, forklifts) while following strict health and safety regulations
