Job Description – Academic Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise academic staff and faculty members.

- Ensure the smooth execution of academic operations and schedules.

- Monitor faculty performance and support their professional development.

- Maintain academic quality standards and ensure timely course delivery.

- Coordinate student-related academic activities and resolve operational issues.

- Prepare academic reports and maintain relevant documentation.

- Collaborate with management to implement academic strategies and improvements.

- Ensure effective communication between management, faculty, and staff.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Academic Head or in a similar academic leadership role.

- Robust leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per hour
