Job description: -

We are looking for a Energetic Operations Manager for Banking operations with at least 2 year of experience to join our esteemed organization from field verification team management like mobile networks, Broad band, Banking Field verification or any Banking Vendor sector.

Requirements:

Should have experience in Team Leader or Supervisor role

Should have system knowledge especially in Excel (with regard to MIS reporting – VLOOKUP, pivot tabling, creating master file etc.,.)

Positive Communication skills (Malayalam, English and Tamil)

Responsibilities:

To lead the team friendly and get the work done

To monitor day to day operations

To Monitor team members & co-ordinate with field executives daily

To resolve team members issues, if any

Motivate team members and get the target

To monitor team performance and update MIS reporting to the manager

To co-ordinate with local officer and send the MIS as per their requirement

Will be responsible for the entire operations of the activity.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
