Job Title: L2 Desktop Support Engineer – Field / Site Support (Mumbai Colaba, 1 Month Contract)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an L2 Desktop Support Engineer for a short-term project at a construction/project site in Mumbai (Colaba). The role involves providing end-user support, basic networking, and handling IT infrastructure at site locations. Candidates must be comfortable with field work and traveling between sites if required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and software issues
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook (PST/OST), Teams, and OneDrive
- Support project applications such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi) and coordinate with vendors
- Support IT infrastructure including CCTV, biometric devices, access control, and AV systems
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems at project/site locations
- Maintain IT asset records and update documentation regularly
- Follow company IT policies, SOPs, and compliance standards

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of Desktop Support and End User Support (L2 Level)
- Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD (user management, basic troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
- Hands-on experience with hardware and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Basic understanding of CCTV, biometric, and AV systems

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / Field Support roles
- Experience working at construction or project sites is an advantage
- Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel between sites
