Objectives of the Role

- Meet and exceed pharmaceutical sales targets within assigned territories
- Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
- Act as a brand ambassador to increase awareness, trust, and visibility of the company’s medical solutions
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients in our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule regular visits with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers to promote company products
- Explain product features in a simplified way
- Give Demo of our product and marketing materials
- Conduct presentations, one-on-ones, and group meetings with key healthcare professionals
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, camps, workshops,



and promotional events
- Track prescriptions and analyze market feedback for continuous improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge
- Submit daily/weekly reports detailing visit outcomes, pharmacy visit, and pending follow-ups
- Stay up to date on product innovations, industry developments, and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting formats

- Experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle targets under minimal supervision
