Experience 5-10 years

Role & responsibilities

· Creating building designs for High rise, Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Hospital buildings, Academic Institutions by using Zwcad, 3DSMAX & Sketch up.

· Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.

· Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.

· Co-ordination with consultants, site and clients.

· Producing detailed working drawings.

· Making sites visit to check progress of work.

· Have solid visual awareness and eye for detail in drawing.

· Co-ordinate with service consultants to issue GFC drawing.

Preferred candidate profile

· Expertise in architectural design and project management

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, or related field.

· Excellent knowledge of architectural industry software and tools.

Some of our major completed works include various buildings for Karnataka State open University, Mysore University and Housing Quarters for Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation, Some of our major ongoing works are Medical college at Ramanagara, Chitradurga, Rani chennamma University & various other works for KHB.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
