Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Non-IT bulk hiring, preferably from the Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, Financial Services, Collections, or Sales industry. The ideal candidate should have handled high-volume recruitment and be capable of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
- Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Collections, Customer Support, Operations, Telecalling, Credit, and Backend positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.




- Ensure timely offer roll-out and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 06 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in Bulk Hiring.
- Experience hiring for Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Collections companies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
