Stipend - 13.5 k + 1500 (Fixed Incentive)
Reporting To: HR Manager
Job Purpose:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our HR team as HR Trainees under the NAPS Apprenticeship Program. The role will provide hands-on exposure in Recruitment, candidate coordination, and basic HR operations while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Understand job requirements and support the team in identifying suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
2. Candidate and Onboarding Coordination
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Follow up with selected candidates for required documents and joining confirmation.

HR Process Support
Support HR team in employee documentation and onboarding and Exit activities.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases and Attendance details
Provide support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
Ability to interact with candidates professionally.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers preferred.
Candidates with internship exposure in HR will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,860.48 - ₹14,194.68 per month
