Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

- Maintain books of accounts for assigned poultry farms.
- Verify and record daily financial transactions.
- Ensure timely posting of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Monitor farm-wise revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and outstanding balances.
- Track customer receivables and follow up on collections.
- Ensure accurate aging analysis of debtors and creditors.

Cost Management

- Monitor feed, medicine, chick, labor, and utility costs.
- Analyze production costs per bird, egg, or kilogram of live weight.
- Prepare variance reports and recommend cost-control measures.
- Support farm management in improving operational efficiency.

Budgeting & MIS Reporting

- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare farm-wise and cluster-wise MIS reports.
- Generate monthly financial performance reports.
- Present key financial indicators to management.

Cash & Bank Management





- Monitor cash flow requirements across farm units.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Ensure proper cash handling and internal controls.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- Implement company financial policies and procedures.

Inventory & Asset Management

- Monitor inventory of feed, medicines, vaccines, and farm supplies.
- Verify stock records and conduct periodic physical verification.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Team Coordination

- Supervise Accounts Executives and farm accountants.
- Provide guidance on accounting procedures and controls.
- Coordinate with farm managers, procurement, and operations teams.
